Systems and Data Analyst (04044)

Qualifications for this Career Opportunity 

• Knowledge of information system analysis, design, and development.
• Knowledge of the practice and principles of Joint Application Development (JAD) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and implement solutions.
• Meet minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, database management, analytics, business, or human services related.
• One year of experience with application testing and/or computer support services.
• One year of experience with project management and data analysis.
• Other combinations of directly related education and experience may be considered.
• Preferred
• Experience with programming (SAS, C#, JAVA, ArcGIS, and Microsoft visual studio).

This position may be eligible for partial telework within the state of Montana. Specific conditions will be provided by the supervisor and must adhere to state policy.

This position may be eligible for a statutory $1.50 an hour base pay increase effective July 1, 2024.
