Knowledge of (or ability to learn in a reasonable amount of time):

  • Payroll processes and practices.
  • Excel.
  • Database management.

  • Communicating in a clear, concise and professional manner with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Managing workload in an efficient manner.
  • Analyzing practices and processes to look for more effective or efficient methods.
  • Research and analysis.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to:

  • Effectively work both in a team environment and independently to achieve objectives and timelines.
  • Present information orally and in writing to a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Organize, prioritize and plan workload accordingly.
  • Adapt to changing conditions and work responsibilities in positive manner.
  • Be innovative to solve problems or implement solutions. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Your preparation for this opportunity could include a combination of relevant experiences including:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, math or a closely related field
  • One year of applicable experience.
  • Experience with SABHRS is preferred.
  • Experience with Excel for data analysis is preferred. 

OR

  • Any combination of equivalent experience and education to successfully perform the essential functions of the position will be considered.
