Qualifications for this Career Opportunity
- General knowledge of fiscal and program management principles.
- General knowledge of elderly and physical disability service delivery and reimbursement systems.
- Strong skills in planning, organization, conflict resolution, and oral and written communication.
- Ability to work independently and a willingness to work with people in a positive and productive manner to build effective working relationships and resolve issues.
- Meet minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in human services, business/public/health administration, or related fields.
- Two years of professional experience in health care, public health, behavioral health or general program management.
- Experience with Word, Excel, and database applications is preferred.
- Experience with Medicaid is preferred.
- Experience working with community based programs for the elderly and disabled is preferred.
- Experience with budget management is preferred.
- Other equivalent combinations of education and experience will be evaluated on an individual basis.
- Bachelor’s Degree in human services, business/public/health administration, or related fields.
