The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities Division.
The Administrative Support position provides administrative and technical support to approximately 40 employees of the Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities Division, including the Division Administrator, three bureau chiefs, contractors, and providers. The position is responsible for the overall day-to-day functioning of the Division. The position is supervised by the Office Manager but may be assigned tasks by all staff members in the Division.

Meet minimum qualifications:
High school diploma or GED and four years of directly related work experience.
Or completion of a two-year Administrative Support/Office Management vocational program or post-secondary curriculum and two years of directly related work experience.
Other combinations of directly related education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Information
This position may be eligible for partial telework within the state of Montana. Specific conditions will be provided by the supervisor and must adhere to state policy.
This position may be eligible for a statutory $1.00 an hour base pay increase effective July 1, 2026.
