Qualifications for this Career Opportunity
- Knowledge of general management concepts and practices including how to coordinate operations between the Intensive Behavior Center and the community based Developmental Disabilities Services Program, implementation and evaluation of outcome based measurements, organizational planning.
- Ability to plan, implement and evaluate the achievement of ever changing goals, objectives and work plans;
- Ability to recognize organizational and operational problems and to apply analysis and judgment in arriving at solutions and making appropriate choices among options and alternatives.
- Meet minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
- Progressively responsible developmental disabilities programs experience.
- 5 or more years of job related work experience.
- 3 years of management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.

Additional Information
This position may be eligible for partial telework within the state of Montana. Specific conditions will be provided by the supervisor and must adhere to state policy.
This position may be eligible for a statutory 2.5% an hour base pay increase effective July 1, 2025.
