The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Montana State Hospital.
The Staffing Office Supervisor oversees the time and attendance performance of all staff at the Montana State Hospital. This position is heavily involved in staff schedule maintenance and approval of time off requests and is the first point of contact for all staff attendance inquiries.

Qualifications for this Career Opportunity
Communicate effectively
Organize and prioritize tasks
Maintain attention to detail
Knowledge of basic payroll principals
Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information and follow policy and procedure
Ability to maintain objective judgement and decision making
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Proficient in the use of computer software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Meet minimum qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Two years of job related work experience preferred
Two years supervisory experience preferred
Other combinations of education and experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
