The Executive Assistant Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the Director's office by providing comprehensive administrative support to high-level staff members, including the Director, Deputy Director and Communications Director. This position supervises administrative support staff at the central office, ensuring the smooth operation of the office while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in all aspects of your role.
Integrity, strong communication, and organizational abilities are essential to effectively manage tasks and projects that uphold the agency's objectives.
In addition, this position will oversee the central office motor pool operations, including bookings, milage and fuel reconciliation, and reporting requirements to Montana Department of Transportation.
