- High School Diploma or GED combined with an apprenticeship under a Master Baker or 2 years Bakery experience.
- Applicable skills for the position are of modern principles, practices, procedures and chemistry used in large scale baking and food production techniques, proficiency in the operation, maintenance and sanitation of highly technical commercial food service equipment.
- Must have highly developed organizational skills.
- Applicants must successfully complete the 40 ServSafe Manager correspondence course within the six-month probationary period.
