Project Manager

What are we looking for?

Education and Experience: 

·         Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture and three years of experience in Project Management with exposure to construction documents and construction methods.

·         A licensed Architect or Engineer or in the process of becoming professionally licensed.

·         Alternate combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Competencies:

Knowledge of:

·         The principles and practices of the architectural and civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering fields

·         Project administration and contract administration principles

Ability to:

·         Deliver professional customer service

·         Use interpersonal and communications skills including tact and diplomacy

·         Manage multiple projects and maintain focus on priorities

·         Collaborate with others to reach mutually beneficial goals and objectives

·         Exercise judgement and discretion to establish and maintain strong working relationships

·         Communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing

·         Build consensus among a group of varying stakeholders

·         Identify problems, emerging issues and trends, and establish strategies to address them
