Program Supervisor - DBE & SBE

Required Education and Experience:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Communication, Education, Social Sciences, or a closely related field.

·         3 years of experience in program management, reporting and analysis, and general accounting practices.

·         2 years of supervisory or team lead experience. 

Alternative combinations of related experience and education may be considered. Such as 7 years of related experience and 2 years of supervisors or team lead experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Bulleted list of qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Experience in building relationships with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and cultures as well as internal and external agency contacts.

Ability to analyze and evaluate information to develop policies and/or guides.

Concepts and theories of program planning, administration specifically federally funded programs.

Proficient in Excel.

The advertised salary includes the 2.5% increase passed by the 2025 MT State Legislature regarding the state pay plan effective July 1, 2026.
