The above competencies are typically acquired through a combination of education and experience equivalent to:

·         Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, business administration, or public administration supplemented by college coursework in accounting.

·         No prior work experience is required.

·         Other combinations of education and experience will be evaluated on an individual basis.
