About the Department
The Marketing Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with administrative support and communication for the office, administering invoicing, travel claims and expenditure tracking; compiling and assembling critical budgeting data; assisting with marketing projects and event logistics; assisting with scheduling and meeting/trip planning; maintaining office materials and supplies; managing and organizing files and assisting with project management software.

What are we looking for?
Education and Experience:
High school diploma is required but an associate’s degree is preferred
- A minimum of 2 years in an administrative support role required or
- Alternate combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- It would pique our interest if you had experience with project management software.
Competencies:
Knowledge of:
Microsoft programs including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred
Ability to:
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Learn, adopt and train others on new software and technology

- This position allows for a hybrid work schedule from a remote location within the State of Montana. Weekly travel to Helena offices will be required.
