Loan Servicing Specialist

What are we looking for?

Education and Experience: 

·         A Bachelor’s/Associates/High School diploma/degree in finance, accounting, business; and

·         Applicable experience in closely related field; or

·         Alternate combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

·         It would pique our interest if you had experience with homeowner’s insurance and mortgage loans. 

Competencies:

Knowledge of:

·         Principles and practices of accounting and loan servicing

·         General real estate and insurance guidelines and regulations

·         Loan payment processing

Ability to:

·         Effective communications with varied audiences verbally and in writing

·         Work independently managing large volumes of data in excel

·         Proficient data entry

·         Solve problems to make effective decisions.

·         Team player
