The minimum qualifications for this position are typically acquired by a combination of education and experience that includes:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- One-year customer service experience
- One-year computer and software systems experience including a variety of word processing, database, and other business software applications and reviewing, verifying, and processing documents
Other combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case by case basis
Preferred experience:
- Experience with Montana Statutes and/or certifying title transactions
Special Instructions:
The selection procedures to be used in evaluating the applicant's qualification may include, but are not limited to an evaluation of the résumé and cover letter, a structured interview, performance test, academic transcripts, reference/background checks and fingerprint checks.
Additional materials, references or information submitted by the applicant, but not requested, will not be considered.

- Professional references as well as current or prior employment verification
