The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Public Health and Safety Division in Helena.
The Issuance Specialist provides comprehensive support in the day-to-day operations of issuance team. The Issuance Specialist manages a wide array of administrative tasks, such as handling inquiries, managing correspondence, and maintaining meticulous records. They use strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They are proficient in various software programs and display the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities. This position is an integral part of the Office of Vital Records’ issuance team and entails ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures to deliver complete and accurate information to our valued customers and stakeholders. Under general supervision, this role involves the efficient processing of certified and non-certified copies of vital records using a variety of computer programs, guaranteeing timely delivery to clients.
