Qualifications for this Career Opportunity

• Extensive knowledge of the theory and principles of government accounting, procurement and contracting.  Considerable knowledge of AWACS.  
• Thorough knowledge of state procurement, risk management and contracting laws and procedures
• Ability to work independent of direct supervision.
• Meet minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Services or related field.
  • Five or more years of relevant experience, including at least three years in state procurement. 
  • Experience in contract management and/or resource management is preferred.
  • Other combinations of education and experience may be substituted.
