The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities Division.
This position oversees the delivery of contracted services provided to persons with developmental disabilities. Key responsibilities include: 1) Directing and implementing quality assurance activities; 2) Approving or denying changes to individual cost plans for all recipients; and 3) Managing the budget and ensuring expenditures are within the regional budget allocation. This position directly supervises 9 staff.

Qualifications for this Career Opportunity
Knowledge of developmental disabilities treatment, trends, and rehabilitation.
Knowledge of the basic principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Knowledge of cost allocation principles, budgeting, and contract processes.
Ability to supervise and motivate staff.
Meet minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, public administration, business, or human services related field.
Five years job-related experience working in the developmental disabilities field.
Two years of supervisory experience.
Other combinations of related education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
