Job Overview: The Assessment Field Montor plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, security, and accurate administration of statewide assessments within educational institutions. They are responsible for visiting schools, monitoring test administration procedures, identifying compliance issues, and providing detailed observations to the State Assessment Director for reporting, follow-up actions, and training purposes. Field monitors should geographically represent the state to access multiple school districts.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Behaviors):

·         Proficient in standardized test procedures and compliance requirements.

·         Familiarity with educational systems, regulations, and data analysis.

·         Strong observational skills for detecting irregularities in test administration.

·         Effective verbal and written communication

·         Upholds ethical standards in maintaining assessment integrity and confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience):

 

·         Bachelor's Degree in Education.

·         Three years of directly related experience.

·         Other combinations of education and experience will be consideration on a case-by-case basis.
