The minimum level of education and job-related work experience needed as a new employee on the first day of work is a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of job-related work experience at an executive level. Work experience must include office operations, business communications using standard and specialized software applications, including word processing, databases, and spreadsheets as well as the ability to learn and use new applications. Other combinations of education and experience will be evaluated on an individual basis.
